A new User Permissions Mapping Table is now available for the IBM Envizi ESG Suite. This tool provides a detailed, filterable view of user permissions across the platform based on:
Component access
Assigned user role (standard or specialized)
Additional roles (access or work roles, as applicable)
Role-Based Mapping: Lists all actions users can perform based on assigned roles within each component of the ESG Suite.
Task Dependencies: Identifies product or role dependencies required to complete specific tasks.
Filter and Sort Options: Enables filtering by component and user type for faster navigation and analysis.
Business Partner Access: Business Partners have access to additional bulk loading report templates for customer support. Their access is managed at the organization level, not through individual user roles.
