Bulk Management of Sustainability Program Actions via Report Template

IBM Envizi ESG Suite now supports bulk upload and management of Sustainability Program Actions using a spreadsheet-based report template. This feature enables both system administrators and general users to efficiently create and update actions across programs at scale.

Feature Overview:

• Bulk Upload Capability
  Users can upload Sustainability Program Actions in bulk via a structured spreadsheet-based report template.

• Create and Update Actions
  Supports adding new actions to existing Action Plans or Programs, as well as updating existing ones.

• Client-Specific Template Configuration
  The report template supports client-defined configurations, including:

• Field visibility

• Custom captions

• Pick-list validations

• Field ordering

• Data Validation and Error Handling
  Includes built-in validation rules and detailed error messaging to ensure data integrity before upload.

ENERGY STAR Module Enhancement: Estimation Tagging for Accruals Data

A new feature in the ENERGY STAR module of the IBM Envizi ESG Suite allows users to tag accruals data as estimated during API synchronization with ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager.

Feature Overview:

• Estimation Tagging
  Accruals data in Envizi can now be flagged as "estimated" when synced to ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager via API.

• Configurable at Organization or Location Level
  Tagging behavior can be configured at either the organization or location level within Envizi settings.

• Supports Accurate Data Classification
  Enables better transparency and compliance with ENERGY STAR data reporting requirements.
