For years, IBM Spectrum Protect users relied on the IBM Spectrum Protect wiki as a source of essential information. The wiki included Blueprints for product deployment, white papers for product integration, guidelines for container storage pools, a video library, and answers to frequently asked questions. In this way, the wiki provided valuable supplemental information to complement the official product documentation in IBM Knowledge Center.  

The wiki, discontinued on March 31, was replaced by a hosting site that provides a fast track to this supplemental information.

The site, Supplemental information and resources for the IBM Spectrum Protect product family, accelerates your experience with the following features:

• Quick links at the top help you find content categories, for example, Blueprints.
• Within content categories, click the links to access technotes in the IBM Support portal.
• For more information, conduct searches in the IBM Support portal, as described in the tip at the bottom of the page.
• To request help, send an email to the address at the bottom of the page:

   In this way, you contact the IBM Spectrum Protect ID team directly to provide feedback and get help finding information.
