Alexia Roseliep / Director of Community Management
Role: I oversee the IBM Middleware Community Team. I'm responsible for overall strategy and ensuring the growth of the community as a whole.
Hobbies: German Shepherd Rescue, traveling, renovating/decorating

Favorite Appetizer: Anything with bread & Cheese
Fun Fact: I swam competitively for 18 years and smelled like chlorine every time I showered for a year after I retired

Kelsy Tibshraeny / Community Manager
Role: I actively respond to and resolve user help requests and provide support. I also handle all logistics of IBM Middleware UC webcasts to ensure they're valuable and they run smoothly.
Hobbies: Hiking, bike rides, and relaxing with friends and family

Leandra Naranjo / User Group Manager
Role: I am the point of contact for all User Group Leaders & Liaisons. I provide support for the site and strategy for improving their IBM Middleware user group.
Hobbies: Reading, hiking, music festivals. and binge-listening to my favorite podcasts
Favorite Movie: The Fantastic Mr. Fox--I’m fascinated by stop-motion animation

Fun Fact: Last year, my husband and I quit or day-jobs, moved to Alaska, and worked as a tour guides for the summer. We moved back to Arizona in September 2016.

Kristen Meren / Community Manager
Role: I oversee the IBM Middleware UC blogging program! I will also keep community members updated by sending a weekly recap newsletter and posting about what's happening on the groups' social media accounts.
Hobbies: Live music, making strong coffee, strolling through cool spots with my kiddo and my dog.
Favorite Movie: I like anything Wes Anderson and most documentaries.
Favorite Appetizer: I'm not an appetizer kind of girl - I'm more into making big dishes to share at a potluck.
Fun Fact: I like Otis Redding and James Brown just as much as I like old school country like Waylon Jennings and Merle Haggard.

Katie Bapple / Senior Director of 
Community Management
Role: I am IMWUC’s strategist, but I also work with a multitude of other organizations in overseeing any and all elements of their community management and strategy needs!
Hobbies: Traveling, reading and exploring the outdoors with my Jack Russell, Lola.
