Our goal from the start was to provide end users with a seamless end-to-end transfer experience. We heard feedback from customers that one of the biggest challenges when using Aspera was installing and using Aspera Connect. This paved the way for us to build a next generation application with streamlined installation and a simplified user experience.

With IBM Aspera for desktop not only will you be able to install it without the need for a web browser extension, but you’ll also be able to configure automatic updates, navigate through the modern UI with ease, link your Aspera account, browse remote files, customize for your own branding, automatically download packages, easily access support logs for troubleshooting, and much more!
