I’m happy to share that IBM has significantly extended the capabilities of Python AI Toolkit for IBM z/OS in our newest continuous delivery update!

Some key capabilities include:

  • Extended Jupyter capabilities – JupyterLab and JupyterHub allows for a next-generation web based multi-user development environment native within z/OS
  • Data access enhancements – Utilize data from your MongoDB databases using PyMongo while developing AI applications
  • Data visualization enhancements – Build elegant data visualization into your web applications with Dash and Ploty
  • Additional Python 3.12 package support
