April 2025 - MaaS360 Office Hours (Europe/Middle East/Africa)

Hi all

We are going to start delivering Office Hours sessions so that our customers and Business Partners can attend and ask the questions they have relating to MaaS360. 

Event schedule

  • Thursday 3rd April 2025 at 1400 Dublin / London - 1500 Central European time
  • Thursday 17th April 2025 at 1400 Dublin / London - 1500 Central European time
  • Thursday 24th April 2025at 1400 Dublin / London - 1500 Central European time

For now the event is being delivered at a time to suit our Europe/Middle East/Africa customers and if there are customers able to attend at that time they will be welcome.

In order to ensure efficient use of time we would ask that you post your questions in advance, as responses below. If you have posted up to 2 hours before the event start, you will get preference at the beginning of the session. If you didn't get time to do this in advance you can still come on and ask your question.

3rd April: @Manuel Ranera the Product Manager has confirmed that the new feature using AI based on Policies is included as part of all licence bundles at no extra cost. Please note Watson AI is already included in the MaaS360 platform in the Watson Advisor section at the bottom of the home page.
