IBM AI Apps Education Team is looking for Content Development Specialist for its Maximo portfolio. Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

  • 7yrs + Experience with technical writing, video creation, eLearning development tools
  • Maximo Experience - Sufficient technical expertise to install and/or configure Maximo products; and to create, maintain and support hands-on labs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with aptitude for creating content for both technical audiences and business user audiences
  • Understanding of how software products are deployed, operated and used by customers and partners
