What is it?

Amazon Quick Suite is a generative AI powered business intelligence platform which analyses data, create visualization, automate workflows and enable collaboration within an enterprise.

It has five integrated capabilities

-              Amazon Quick Sight (for data visualization)

-              Amazon Quick Flows (for workflow automation)

-              Amazon Quick Automate (for process optimization)

How can we get started with Amazon Quick Suite?

To begin with Quick Suite, you first need an AWS account and proper IAM permissions. Sign up for Quick Suite through the AWS Management Console under Analytics, where you'll get a free 30-day trial for four users. During setup, choose your AWS region for data storage (SPICE), select an authentication method (IAM Identity Center, Active Directory, or password-based), and provide a unique account name and notification email

Once your account is created, Quick Suite provides sample data and guided tutorials to help you create your first analysis. As a first-time user, the platform recommends following a structured learning path: understanding how Quick Suite works and its key components, learning important terminology and concepts, then diving into hands-on usage. You can immediately start asking questions in natural language, uploading files (up to 20 files per chat, each under 50MB), creating Spaces to organize your data and collaborate with teams, and building custom Chat Agents tailored to specific business needs. The platform is designed to be intuitive for business users without requiring machine learning expertise, allowing you to focus on insights rather than technical implementation.
