The Automation Exposé series has hit a new pinnacle with the presentation by George Warner and Greg Kaut on August 18.

They recounted the story in fine-grained detail of the 6-month headlong dash to deployment of an Accounts Payable Application centralized for 57 different New York State agencies.  There is a clear set of drivers and goals, great information on how the team operated, and measurable benefits when all was completed. This is a stellar example of how a case study should be done.
