Enterprise COBOL for z/OS V6.2 and V6.1 documentation refreshed in April 2020

Enterprise COBOL for z/OS V6.2 and V6.1 documentation are refreshed today, to include the following enhancements:

Enhancements in COBOL V6.2 with PTFs installed: (For a complete list of Enterprise COBOL PTFs, check https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/604539):

PH24413: New suboptions LAX | STRICT are added to the INITCHECK option to control whether the compiler will issue warning messages for data items unless they are initialized on at least one, or on all, logical paths to a statement. For details, see: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SS6SG3_6.2.0/pg/ui/up1031.html.

PH23265: A new "NAME is OMITTED" phrase is added to the JSON GENERATE statement to allow generation of an anonymous JSON object, whose top-level parent name is not generated. For details, see https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SS6SG3_6.1.0/lr/ref/rlpsjsog.html.

Modified the links to CICS manuals about finding the CICS translator options in several places, such as in: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SS6SG3_6.2.0/pg/ui/up6070.html
Updated the link to CICS documentation library, and changed product names of "IBM Debug for z Systems" and "IBM Developer for z Systems" to "IBM Debug for z/OS" and "IBM Developer for z/OS" respectively in: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SS6SG3_6.2.0/pg/pgLR2mvs.html

-In Language Reference:

Updated the product name of "IBM Developer for z Systems" to "IBM Developer for z/OS" in several places, such as in: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS6SG3_6.2.0/lr/rlpreacz.html

-In Migration Guide:

Clarified INSPECT...TALLYING behavior changes: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS6SG3_6.2.0/migrate/igymsource.html
Provided details about migrating from PDS data sets to PDSE data sets: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SS6SG3_6.2.0/migrate/igymch1600ckl.html
