IBM Champion Spotlight – Mohamed Abdelwahed

By Chloe Zgheib posted 11 hours ago

Meet Mohamed Abdelwahed, Customer Success Manager at Valleysoft, celebrating his second year as an IBM Champion in 2025. His journey as a Champion reflects a powerful drive to share knowledge, innovate through technology, and help others achieve success through IBM solutions.

For Mohamed, advocacy means connection: sharing insights through blogs and public speaking. Recently, Mohamed attended the Egyptian AI Community Event, created by Meska, where he found immense value in exploring practical business use cases across industries. “Spreading the knowledge” has long been his guiding principle, inspiring him to lead by example and empower others to embrace IBM technology as a platform for innovation and impactful change.

Among IBM’s offerings, Mohamed highlights IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4A) as his favorite, as it helps create business. His passion for CP4A is not theoretical; he turned that enthusiasm into groundbreaking results. One of Mohamed’s proudest moments was leading the first-ever IBM RPA projects in the Middle East and within Egypt’s banking sector. He developed a core solution that enabled IBM CP4A to outperform traditional banking platforms, setting a new benchmark for automation in the region. This milestone not only showcased the power of IBM’s automation technology but also demonstrated how innovation, when paired with vision and determination, can transform industries.

To those interested in becoming an IBM Champion, Mohamed offers this advice: “Always focus on creating solutions that make you different.”
