When you start using QRadar, the amount of capabilities can be overwhelming. How QRadar processes your event data is a great place to start, but properly understanding and utilizing network flows can dramatically improve your overall threat protection posture. But it can be a challenging topic. That's why I will present an educational, foundational open mic on Tues, Dec 1 at 10:00 AM EST, to introduce QRadar network flows and QRadar Network Insights (QNI).QRadar Support Lead YiFeng You will present solutions to common customer issues with QNI.During this session, we explain how flows differ from events, and we discuss the investigations that you can perform with flows. We will then talk about how QRadar processes your network flows in the data pipeline. Next, we look at QRadar Network insights, and discuss QNI investigations on encrypted traffic. Finally, we discuss common customer issues with QNI and now to resolve them.
