Dear Cognos on Cloud Hosted Customers,

We are making changes to the SFTP standard that is used for Cognos Analytics on Cloud Hosted.

Public Keys for SFPT will only be accepted in the following formats.

rsa-sha2-512 and rsa-sha2-256

After September 20 2025 Public Keys will need to be in a supported version. We recommended reviewing your key pairs and your SFTP client to ensure compatibility.
