If you have applied your IOP 4.1 cluster with EMM Symphony iFix 371401, the Ambari Symphony Service Check reports this error error:
The problem was caused by stopping the Platform Symphony service that disabling the Symping7.1 application (which was not enabled after restarting Platform Symphony)..
To resolve this issue:
1) Enable the application from the Platform Symphony GUI (management console). Note that Platform Symphony filters out disabled applications by default. To enable Symping7.1, you must turn off the filter as shown in the following screenshot:
2) Enable Symping7.1:
The Symphony Service Check will then run error free.
