TPF Operations Server Now Supports Eclipse 4.31 and IBM Semeru Java 21 (PJ48207)

Upgrade to TPF Operations Server Java 64-bit Support: Eclipse 4.31 and IBM Semeru 21

The TPF Operations Server Java 64-bit console and API support is upgraded to provide improved performance and long-term support. Previously built on IBM Eclipse SDK (IES) 4.23 and IBM Semeru Runtime Open Edition 17, the environment is refreshed to use the following versions:

IBM Eclipse SDK 4.31

IBM Semeru Runtime Open Edition 21 (version 21.0.6+7)

The TPF Operations Server launcher is updated to point to the new runtime.

Important: If you're using custom launchers, make sure they are updated to reference the new IBM Semeru Runtime path. Additionally, all Java 64-bit API programs must be rebuilt with version 21.0.6+7 to ensure compatibility with the upgraded environment.
This upgrade ensures continued support with the latest Eclipse and Java standards, offering improved stability and security.
