Today at Think 2024, IBM announced the availability of Meta Llama 3 on watsonx, marking a significant advancement in the realm of large language models (LLMs).

Meta Llama 3, Meta’s newest open LLM, is now accessible on watsonx, providing customers with new opportunities for innovation.

This addition reinforces IBM's ongoing collaboration with Meta to drive open innovation in AI. In 2023, IBM and Meta launched the AI Alliance—a coalition of over 100 leading organizations from industry, startups, academia, research, and government—dedicated to advancing AI innovation.
