At its core, the new layout automatically adjusts visualization positions and sizes as you design. Whether you drag a widget, switch or resize objects on the canvas, the canvas reorganizes itself intelligently. 

When viewing dashboards on smaller screens, the layout adapts seamlessly into a fewer column structure, this ensures visuals stay legible. Adding content is also smarter. The canvas now includes five directional drop zones on each visualization, center, left, right, top, and bottom, giving authors better control over exactly where new visuals land.  

These enhancements represent major productivity win: less time spent on object organization on the canvas means more time to focus on data storytelling. Dashboards simply feel better to build and explore.
