He is passionate about the opportunities that technology brings to the employee experience and HR, balancing the newest innovations with the imperatives of trust and transparency for any technology in that space. He has previously built a number of products across the HR landscape, ranging from health tracking and safety improvements, to acquisition employee experience management and executive promotion oversight. Outside of work Alex loves long-distance running, ballroom dancing and cooking.
