User Group: Automation Exposé: The Joy of IBM Case Manager (BAW) – A Practitioner’s Point of View

Automating Your Business

A place to discuss best practices and methodology around process discovery and modeling, decisions, and content management as well as practices to truly transform your business with design thinking, Agile, and artificial intelligence (AI).

 View Only

Mike Prentice used to train IBM Business Partners on how to use IBM Case Manager, creating a strong ecosystem of Case-centric solution providers. He has also delivered the Case Management overview for AIIM’s Certified Information Professional training, so it’s fair to say that Mr. Prentice is one of the world’s foremost experts on Case Management.

Now Mike is himself working as a Business Partner. He is Director of Solutions for IBM Pyramid Solutions.  He has just completed design and deployment for a major Case Management application, built on IBM Business Automation Workflow, and in this special edition of “Automation Exposé" on Thursday, June 22 at 11 AM ET, he’ll share his work on this just-launched application with us.

Mike Prentice, Pyramid Solutions

He promises to take us through the design and deployment process, from requirements gathering to technical realization, with lessons learned along the way.  This is a great chance to hear from a Master Builder, who has more than a decade experience building Case applications. And Mike will take all your questions. Don’t miss it!
