BigFix version 10.0.4.32

ILMT version: 9.2.25

Both installed on same windows server, I have enabled the License Metric Tool site from the BigFix console and also subscribe to all computers to monitor. However no windows clients are showing up under subscribed computers (one of the client is on the windows ILMT and Bigfix server is installed on), Linux clients does show up.

Any advise?

Also https://[BigFixServer]:52311 returns 404 -- Not found.

Can you confirm if port 52311 is open both ways TCP and UDP?

Please try to telnet the port from the server?

Yes, I have verified port 52311 is open and Listening both server and client, and test netconnection to port was also successful. Logged into Console as Administrator with full access. Client installed on ILMT and Bigfix server is also not showing up.
