  • 1.  V73 - UI changes

    Posted Fri September 27, 2024 10:43 AM

    I've just received a bulletin about V73 Blueworks being released this weekend (28th September) with the following;

    • Enhanced user interface for a more intuitive experience.
    • New features and functionalities to streamline your process mapping and analysis.

    Is there any more insight on what these changes are, they sound significant - maybe not? We have 100s of user so it would be good to understand the detail in here in case we need to prepare some bulletin notes for these changes.

    Thanks Mark, looks like some nice updates here, would have been better to just bullet those headings in the Admin notification as it read more like an overhaul of the system!

    I had the exact same concern. We have over 2500 users that would be impacted.  When I asked our internal platform support people about it, they reached out to IBM and included in the response they received was:

     "Our development team will be performing some updates to our Blueworks Live application. It's part of an emergency patch due to several problems that came up for users that have Viewer licenses across many accounts.

    As this is an emergency patch and not a major release of the product, it is notified to our customers via Blueworks Live page as a warning message. When we implement a major release, we notify all our customers via email. "
