Having some problems getting a pair of upgraded MQ servers appearing in ILMT with the correct information
Background
We have 2 MQ servers that were upgraded from 9.0 to 9.2 late last year. These are running on vmware VMs that are being scanned by VM manager as well as reporting via bigfix
These are the reoccuring actions bigfix has for these (and other) servers that report to ILMT
The two VMs have been scanned in the last week
but when I look at the ILMT web UI to check PVU subcapacity for the "IBM MQ" product they don't show up at all unless I change the default filter "Discovery End" date to be prior to the date of the last MQ upgrades. This, coupled with the fact that when I do this I see the old MQ version being reported, suggests to me that the new installs are simply not being detected/reported correctly to ILMT
As you've probably guessed I'm pretty new to administering ILMT; is there a troubleshooting walkthrough I could be pointed at to help identify what's going wrong and how to fix it

Further digging with ILMT, in particular looking at "Report->Computers" and drilling down to the "Software implementations" report actually shows the correct MQ version of 9.2 and with a "Discovery Start" of 3rd Nov 2023 which I assume is when it was next scanned after the upgrade
so I suppose the questions are:
1) why isn't this showing up with the default filter which only appears to go back three months ?
2) Why when I modify the filter to make these VMs show up under PVU Subcapacity for "IBM MQ" are they reporting an older version of MQ than we're actually report to ILMT ?
