  • 1.  Sweep - StoredSearches/EntryTemplates

    Hi

We have a customer with IS > CFS > P8, we are trying to decouple IS and have 'moved' all content from IS > P8 via sweeps.

We have some StoredSearches/EntryTemplates that got saved back to IS in the early days.. the sweep job doesnt seem to find them in Preview mode, so wouldnt move them.

Does anyone know if this is expected behaviour and as such the only solution is to recreate them and save them to P8 storage?

I suspect the quickest thing is to recreate them. The format for these documents is a little different as they reference object stores, have a couple content elements....

Hi Mick, this is a recreate scenario.  When you undertake this task also include the document object(s) properties for associated entry templates when you create the new templates. This is part of the check in behavior if the document was associated with a template ICN will try to use the same template or versioned template on check in for example if you have custom security or properties you are setting. To ensure this is totally clean there are two properties in the DB docversion one is entry template object store which historically has had two values a string for store name and other times I see a GUID likely an evolution in CPE over versions. The second property is the id or vsid of the entry template.
