    Conduct all the steps from  following:
    https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/license-metric-tool?topic=troubleshooting-running-software-scans-gathering-scan-results


    Check the 'package output directory' if scan package been prepared or not, next ILMT import process if scan package is being processed or not:
    INFO:  (ImportThread) DisconnectedScannerProcessingStatistics::printStatistics::STATISTICS: Number of sucessfully processed files: 0. Number of skipped files (newer data available): 0. Number of invalid files: 1. Number of too old files: 0. Number of out of sync files: 0.
