  • 1.  RPA Trial Permission Issue

    Posted Wed April 03, 2024 02:03 PM

Hi, I have installed RPA Studio (trial), running on Win11.

Username and passwords are entered correctly, however I am getting the following error message: "You don't have permission to log into this app"

I have also added all the other roles to myself additional from the default Tenant Administrator.

    What else I have missed?

Facing the same issue in Windows 10, tried reinstalling multiple times with admin rights .

I was able to resolve using these steps :

    1. Go to Access and Make sure you have Relevant access ,by default only tenant Administartor is selected . Add following from Screenshot:
    2. You have to reinstall the Studio Client , May be some cache is tied to it.
    3. Try login now, it should work.

      Thanks
      Robin

    Hi Robin,

Already uninstalled and reinstalled the Studio client, still the same issue.

The screen just stays like this for 10 mins, then redirect to the dashboard page in my browser, prompt me to login again, and then popped up the error, "You don't have permission...."

Attached also the roles permission setting.
