  • 1.  Process App - Approval Workflow: Emails to approvers

    Hello all,

    We are noticing that emails are not being sent to the approvers when a process app is launched for workflow approval. (Have checked the spam, junk folders)

     Emails are being sent when the workflow is completed or cancelled. 

    Wondering if anyone else has come across this issue or have any solutions,

    Hi Sunil,

    I just tried this feature again and it worked for me. In Outlook, I see the email under "Other" and not under "Focused" mode. Do you see it there? If not, I would recommend opening a support ticket.
