I am planning a lunch and learn for my customer. The Enterprise Architect knows the product and it's value of disposal but the staff does not. They currently keep everything forever. I want to present to them why retention and disposal practices are necessary in today's environment. Not looking for technical material but more about industry usage and why customers need to pay attention and dispose upon expiration. The customer is a bank but I'll take any materials I can get if it shows the experiences of customers who failed to dispose of documents.
