    Dear All,

    I have seen some post regarding ICN license " ICN is listed as part of the "Components Not Used for Establishing Required Entitlements"". 

    Simple (yet not safely answered) CP4BA Licensing Question | Content Management and Capture

     Currently we are on 5.5.6 and planning to upgrade to 5.5.11 or 5.5.12.  we are considering below two option for upgrade.

    1.Upgrade from 5.5.6 to 5.5.11 or higher with Traditional Deployments on windows server - Here ICN is listed as part of the "Components Not Used for Establishing Required Entitlements?

    2.Upgrade from 5.5.6 to 5.5.12 with  Container Deployments under the CP4BA license  -  Here ICN is listed as part of the "Components Not Used for Establishing Required Entitlements?

    3. Which is the next LTSR for  CPE after 5.5.8 and ICN after 3.0.11?

    If you can answer the above questions in which form factor and version ICN is considered as "Components Not Used for Establishing Required Entitlements"   then we can plan accordingly software version upgrade.
