IBM License Metric Tool (ILMT)

Hello,

there seems to be failure of the License authorization file generator. (https://ibm.biz/LMT_license_request)

it is showing "An error occured, try again later" for couple of hours now.

Any workaround, or shall I keep trying ?

Any updates on this one? Im also struggeling with the same issue.

Still getting:  "An error has occured. Try again later"  when pushing the button.

Hi,

The error occurs due to exception between Flexera server and IBM w3ID SSO part.
The root cause is a recent cert chain modifications for Amazon root certificates used to sign License Generator website.

Two quick workarounds:
- use a URL which lies outside IBM w3ID:
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/sites/default/files/inline-files/$FILE/form_0.html

- directly use License Generator URL :
https://tem.flexnetoperations.com/control/ibmt/generateActivationFile?productname=ibm_software&fname=ilmt_ops_user_name&lname=ilmt_ops_user_lastname&email=ilmt_ops_user@ibm.com&organization=
