  • 1.  Issue with IBM Business Automation Workflow Task Assignment in Production

    I'm an employee at Pearl Pipe Fittings, and we're facing issues with task assignments within IBM Business Automation Workflow in our production environment. Some tasks are not routed to the designated users, and we see a "Task assignment failed: User not found" error. We're using IBM BAW version 20.0.0.1 on Windows Server 2019. Do you have any insights into resolving this issue?

    I would recommend reviewing, if you can reproduce the issues in a supported environment, and if yes, opening a support case for it.

    Can you please share complete error details here so that it would be easy to understanding your issue and suggest you the way around to fix that error in your process application.
