E.g:
User A initiates an activity (BPM process), updates the Case attribute in the activity and ends the process. At this time, the information that User A sees on the Case details page is still historical information, not the latest information (information updated by the activity) .
At this point, we need a "refresh" service to manually refresh the property information in the Case details page.
The application scenarios including user A and user B described by you are the same.
Yes, I still use the traditional Case plug-in on the Case details page, and I haven't used the client-side manual service yet. Can you give an example of using a client-side human service?

Subject: How to refresh the property page in Case
Hi Ding,
could you please provide some more details to better understand your use case:
- "User A" has opened the case details page (as shown in your screenshot) and meanwhile "user B" completes an activity for this case which should lead to a refresh of the case details page which "user A" is still viewing?
- Or would it be sufficient to manually trigger a refresh, e.g. by adding a button to the case details page?
- Looking at the screenshot I assume that your Case solution only uses traditional Case Widgets (and not client side human services), is that correct?
Best regards,
Michael
