Have you ever prolonged "Database command timeout" Field? Is it for HADR/Db2 Affinity Config?

    Hi,

    In our project, we use Db2 Affinity functionality with Datacap 9.1.9.
    When a primary db halts, Db2 automatically reroute the connection to the sub db.
    In our environment, this switching of connection happens in about 1 minute.
    We tested and found out several batches aborted after about 30 seconds while the db connection stopped responding.
    I'd like to know if the "Database command timeout" Field in Datacap Server Manager can prolong 
    Datacap Server's db-retry attempts for several minutes. (The default is 30 sec.)
    Have you ever prolonged "Database command timeout" Field?
    How many seconds or minutes do you recommend? Could it be a very long value like 10 minutes?

    Or is this Field not for HADR or Affinity purpose?
