Hi Ahmed, FileNet can use multiple LDAPs and same goes for Websphere with a limitation that the unique identifier (aka logon portion / cn) is unique between realms.  Example if you have two users P8Admin in each LDAP only the first user will be located.  In WAS you will need to add your LDAPs under federated repositories and within the GCD add your additional LDAP repos as needed. In ACCE, click your GCD then navigate to the security tab and click ADD, enter your ldap type and parameters. Some links below for Websphere.
