    Hi,

    In my opinion, the problem happen when the connection port doesn't get through => Check firewall and process make connection for those port.

    You can research on the internet about what queue 's port are used!

    In IBM guideline, the related issues information maybe this: 
    Scheduling and orchestration processes do not work when using MSMQ - IBM Documentation

    • The IBM RPA server and client are not installed on the same subnet. => we could open MQ port (firewall) and let them work.
