I do not remember ever having to set max, min and order before. Mine were all set to 0. Changed them and it is working.

Hi Bob,
Have you set your Max, Min and Order variables for Main_Page and Trailing_Page?
Details here:
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/datacap/9.1.9?topic=actions-createdocuments
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/datacap/9.1.9?topic=hierarchy-specifying-structure-documents-pages-within-batch
These are set in Datacap Studio by locking the DCO and right-clicking the appropriate page and selecting Manage Variables:
In this example, we're telling Datacap that each Invoice has a maximum of 1 Main Page, a minimum of 1 Main Page and that the Main Page is always the first page in the document.
CreateDocs should then work correctly.
Hope this helps!
Shaun

Subject: Datacap Create Docs not splitting multiple document
Hello All,
I am having an issue with the Create Documents ruleset. This is the compiled version. I have a Barcode Recognition ruleset that looks for a barcode and identifies that page as a Main_Page and the others as Trailing_pages. This is working and I see the Main_Page follow by Trailing_Pages then the next Main_Page followed by Trailing_Pages. After calling Create Documents I only have one document and all of the rest of the pages are part of the one document even though there are multiple Main_Pages. This is the exact same sequence I have in another application which is working as expected.
In Classify I can split the document manually and everything past it works. I get multiple documents exported. If I do not split the document manually in Classify, only one document is exported.
Any thoughts?
Thanks,
Bob
