Has anybody had any success with using control, like GIT with datacap and having multiple developers working on one single application?

Has anybody got any best practices around these are we having some difficulties with the management of source control within these environments. 

from my experience it is good to be used locally on your development Datacap installation (one machine) and only with one developer at a time. Once a day you finish you may check with other and tell them you chekced in a new releasse on git .. and not parallel. It is not such a big development to do it in multitasking...
