Case data migration methods and procedures

    Hello,

    We are planning to migrate applications and Case data from 21x production environment to 22x production environment.


    We have below scenario:
    1. We have several solutions running in 21x and few in 22x environments.
    2. We are planning to migrate 2 solutions in 21x to 22x which have lots of active Case data including subscriptions, change preprocessors, documents, case subfolders, comments, completed FileNet activities and also FileNet activities in Working state and audits.

    Could anyone advise how we can move the Case data intact without loosing any historical data and objects. We have BAW OnPrem and embedded CPE in both 21x and 22x.
