watsonx Orchestrate

  • 1.  cannot connect watsonx.orchestrate to saleforce

    Hi, 

    with watsonx.orchestrate I'm trying to use the "connect app" function with the Salesforce skill. I tried both with sandboxes and with a developer edition.

    I correctly insert custom org url, user and password. I reach the Salesforce page showing "allow" button (asking to share info with the connected app). 

    Then I'm always getting this error: 

    Couldn't connect to this app

    Watson Orchestrate couldn't connect to this app.

    Any suggestion?

    Hi Maurizio,

    Based on your description and the documentation, it looks like Developer Edition is appropriate. Some general suggestions to check on the Salesforce side:

    • API access enabled
    • Maximum users, maximum logged on users
