  • 1.  Best Approach To Archive Non-Active IBM BPM Process Instances

    Dears,

    I am curios about the best approach to archive production instances (instead of deleting non-active instances manually or through Rest Apis) as I am now exceeding +100K instances

    Below is an example
     
    my expectations is to apply archiving mechanism to another server to have below view

    Archiving Server


    Production Server after archiving



    My Concern also will help in deleting no-needed production snapshots as removal of old snapshots will remove It's Non-Active Instances.

    Note:

    • I have application DB which contains all workflow data for business purposes.

    Purge bpm instances using bpm instances cleanup command , pass correct arguments
