Dears,
I am curios about the best approach to archive production instances (instead of deleting non-active instances manually or through Rest Apis) as I am now exceeding +100K instances
Below is an example

my expectations is to apply archiving mechanism to another server to have below view

My Concern also will help in deleting no-needed production snapshots as removal of old snapshots will remove It's Non-Active Instances.
Note:
- I have application DB which contains all workflow data for business purposes.
