IBM ECM System Monitor (ESM) provides application health monitoring for IBM's Content and Workflow applications deployed standalone or within IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation, deployed as traditional system or as containers. ESM improves the operational resilience by automating daily health checks for IBM Business Automation platforms, including synthetic user checks. ESM helps maximizing customer experience, protecting LOB productivity and reducing costs of IT operations. It integrates with enterprise solutions like IBM Instana and IBM Watson AIOps - augmenting them to provide the bigger picture including Business Automation specific events and metrics. ESM provides value to both customers and IBM Business Partners offering application management services.
