    There was an error updating. No changes made to IBMid profile

    Hello!
    I need your help. I can't instal my IBM RPA trial due to platform issues. When I try  to sign the trial Terms and Conditions it says that I must update my company details, But it also is not allowing me to save the details,

    Please help me to overcome this obstacle.

    Oh dear.  All I can suggest is to create a new gmail account and start from fresh.

    Hi -- We reached out offline a couple of times, but I wanted to also post here in case someone runs across the same thing. 

    Please use NA in the zip code field if you run into this error.  The / is causing issues as it is not allowed in a zip code field. 

    The team is working on a fix in the meantime.
