Hi everyone -

For those who attended our community kickoff call last week, thank you for attending as well as the questions during the call. And for those of you who have missed it, stay tuned for the posting of the video.

I wanted to share some of the notes and insights from our call here for the community (see below). Feel free to respond if there are additional comments or questions you have that we can curate for our next monthly community call. 

• Customization: Many users are interested in customizing the AI chat experience, including changing the layout, adding organization logos, and modifying the UI.
• Integration and Data Processing: Users are asking about integrating the AI assistant with other systems, such as uploading CSV files, and processing documents
• Enhancing AI Capabilities: Users are interested in expanding the AI assistant's capabilities, including adding multilingual features, improving intent understanding, and enabling the AI to perform more complex tasks, (such as checking if doctors are in a specific insurance plan)
• Licensing and Features: Users are asking about the availability of specific features, such as watsonx, and whether they require separate licenses.
• Technical Issues: Some users are experiencing errors or difficulties with the current AI chat experience, such as getting errors when trying to send emails or accessing the new chat feature.
• Future: Users are interested in learning more about future developments, such as the availability of new features like OCR, multilingual support, and the ability to configure next best actions in the new Beta chat AI Assistant.
