Voice technology is being integrated into mobile apps which have become extremely popular, by the way.  This popularity is likely to increase since voice is the NUI (natural user interface). The voice-oriented apps are increasing the functionality and it’s saving users from the complex app navigation. It’s needless to say that voice-activated apps are easing app navigation. That being said, voice integration in apps like Voicify is a nice feature to have access but it will eventually become the prerequisite.

Voice Technology In Healthcare

In 2020, AI-oriented virtual assistants have played an essential role in fighting COVID-19 because it helps users walk through the CDC assessment questions. As a result, it recommends telehealth and telemedicine apps. It’s needless to say that voice apps are resulting in more accessible health services. Truth be told, the users are now likely to shift back to pre-pandemic ways. So, this consumer demand will result in the popularity of voice technologies.

Changes In Search Behaviors

Voice search has become the buzzword but voice visibility is challenging. This is because the visual interface of the voice assistant is still missing. This means that users actually don’t have a touch interface for connecting them to Google Assistant or Alexa. These changes in consumer demand will result in a huge change. That being said, the brands are experiencing a shift where touchpoints are transforming to listening points.
