We are spending more and more time in collaboration platforms like Slack and Teams or collaborating directly in Content Navigator, but in some circumstances it is best to
send an emai
l
, especially to those outside of your organization. In the latest version of Content Navigator 3.0.10, it is easier than ever to send a document as an attachment
via desktop email applications like Microsoft Outlook
.
This will save you the pain of multiple steps to open your email application, attach the
documents
and send.
Now you can select the documents of interest and "Send Email" via link, attachment or PDF. Your email application of choice will
automatically pop up
where you can use your full
address book
and take advantage of other great features like
saved signatures
to add to the email. Take a look at the short clip below to see how simple it is to send a document via Outlook.
