These new office hours are a way for you to receive instant support and connect with IBM experts and your peers on all things IBM RPA. Even more, they are meant to highlight our appreciation of your investment, your journey with IBM Automation and the questions you have along the way.
Join your IBM RPA Elite Team, made up of RPA Customer Success Managers, and IBM RPA Technical Experts every other Wednesday at 11 am EST to ask any questions you may have, learn new best practices, and get the support you need on the spot. The office hours are live, dedicated sessions exclusively for our IBM RPA clients to get more time with these experts.
Who should attend office hours?
IBM RPA Customer Office Hours are open to all IBM RPA clients. It's a set time every two weeks to get easy access and direct attention from the IBM RPA Elite Team and Technical Experts. Whatever your question, whatever your reason for coming, our new office hours are designed for any client who wants answers in real time.
What will be covered?
All client questions are welcome at every session. In addition, each session will have a theme that the SMEs will use to provide their top tips and resources for getting the most value from IBM RPA.
