For North American users of IBM Business Automation software, the Midwest User Group’s annual get together has grown into one of the biggest events of the Business Automation calendar. It persevered during the pandemic lockdowns virtually and returned to live format (with a virtual as well) in 2022 and as a result, has become one of the popular sources for the latest product information, in depth customer conversations, Business Partner innovations and best practices.
This year builds on the success of last year and once again, thanks to co-president Matt Passini, the meeting is being hosted by Matt’s employer, Acuity Insurance, in Sheboygan, Wisconsin on Wednesday, July 26 and Thursday, July 27. If you can only join virtually, there is a link to attend via Webex. Event producer Vicki Miller has worked with IBM Product Management, Business Partners and members of the Midwest User Group to curate a stellar program of high level strategy, customer success stories, Best Practices, product roadmap presentations and - new this year, by request - Roundtable discussions on a variety of topics selected by customers.
