The October episode of “The Practitioners” welcomed Lauren Mayes, Program Director for IBM Content Services and Capture, who presented the new FileNet offering on AWS, called IBM Content Services. Lauren went through the list of capabilities and gave us a good idea of what it can do, including provision an ECM solution in minutes. Now it’s time to see this product in action!
Matt will demonstrate how to download and set up a free trial of IBM Content Services, as well as show storage and retrieval of documents in the cloud repository. He’ll also provide a look at the Automation Management Console, which is the dashboard that enables admins to monitor usage and cover how API calls can be batched up to count as only one.
