The New England ECM User Group is Hosting Its First Live Event in Three Years on August 17

The New England ECM User Group has a long and storied history, beginning during the phenomenal rise of FileNet 25 years ago. They were one of the popular stops on the FileNet Regional UserNet tour of North America, which grew even bigger after IBM acquired FileNet in 2006. To say that they are pleased to be back is an understatement.

Jay Dailey of The Travelers and long-time member of the group’s Steering Committee, says everyone is excited about getting back to in-person events. “We always had an annual get together, where we’d host users from all over New England. Bringing together Content Management professionals and IBM Business Partners for product updates, sharing best practices and networking is our mission. It’s good to be back.”

The Event kicks off at 12 noon on Wednesday, August 17 at the Red Heat Tavern in South Windsor, Connecticut, a suburb of Hartford. The group has put together an agenda of IBM executive, customer and Business Partner presentations until 5 PM, followed by a networking reception until 7 PM. IBM ECM and Automation users are invited to attend free of charge. Jay says the User Group can accommodate up to 50, so register soon.
