If you missed the May 19 episode of “Automation Exposé,” and the fascinating discussion with “Mr. Automation,” Jimmy Hewitt from Salient Process, about the Automation journey underway at Pittsburgh-based Sandwich chain, Primanti Brothers, the recording is available.

Mr. Hewitt recounted the tale of the first deployment, which was developed in two weeks, and paid for itself in three months. But even better, the success of the application led the company to request more Automation. The team at Salient Process did a mapping and modeling discovery workshop and identified at least six processes that could be automated, each one with the potential to pay for itself in cost savings and improved customer experience.
